Hard Ore Crushing screening Craft

When raw material is basalt, granite or other hard material, the jaw plate, hammer, impact plate and other quick spare parts will wear and tear badly. At the time, if the configuration of production line is still according to conventional regulations that jaw crusher as the primary machine and impact crusher as secondary machine, the maintenance cost rises greatly and that is very unreasonable for us. So we need to improve the crushing craft, we can adopt two jaw crushers and one cone crusher consisting a production line. Moreover, if the quality of final product size we expect is very high, one impact crusher can be added to shape. The craft with three sections crushers will inevitably lead to a higher investment cost, but for the long-term operation quarry, the producing cost reduces substantially.

The following is a typical scheme of three different configurations.

Option one: vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + impact crusher + vibrating screen

Option two: vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + small jaw crusher + impact crusher ( option or not) + vibrating screen

Option three: vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + cone crusher + impact crusher ( option or not) + vibrating screen
