Crushing Process:

1, The material will be fed into Jaw crusher PE400x600 for primary crushing through vibrating feeder ZSW960x3500. Vibrating feeder is used to feed material to jaw crusher evenly and continuously.

2, the material after crushed by jaw crusher will be conveyed to vibrating screen 3YZS1237 for screening: the required size 0–20mm will be discharged and conveyed out as the final products. Meanwhile, the over sized material will be fed into cone crusher PYZ900 for secondary crushing.

3, after secondary crushing from cone crusher PYZ900, the material will be conveyed again to 3YZS1237 for screening: the required size will be discharged and over sized material will return back to cone crusher again for re-crushing, forming a circle until all the final materials reach the required size.
